This province-wide conference showcased the final results and tools for developing and implementing sustainable workplace wellness programs for Alberta's non-profit human service agencies.

Participation featured human service professionals in Alberta, including:
  • Leaders and staff from the non-profit, agency sector in Alberta who are member agencies of ACDS, ALIGN, CYCAA, ACWS, AASAS, and AHVNA.
  • Social science scholars, educators and students in the area of human resources management, public health, workplace health, and social work.
  • Workplace health and safety professionals from government, insurance, and standards organizations.

Graham Lowe

Dr. Graham Lowe is the President at Graham Lowe Group Inc. and Professor Emeritus at University of Alberta. He is a leader in the field of workplace consulting and the author of numerous books and articles, including Creating Healthy Organizations: How Vibrant Workplaces Inspire Employees to Achieve Sustainable Success and Redesigning Work: A Blueprint for Canada's Future Well-being and Prosperity. He has given hundreds of conference talks and workshops across Canada and internationally.

Graham's keynote topic at the Conference will be
